I had a wonderful stay at Hisham’s apartment. Hisham was an amazing host — very respectful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. The furniture and overall design were excellent, and everything was well organized and made us feel at home.

My 4th time staying at one of Hashim’s places (first time in this one) and wonderful as always. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean with everything you could need and more. Hashim is the most helpful and friendly host, nothing is ever too much trouble. I look forward to my next stay.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was perfect! The location is ideal, with easy access to everything you might need. The highlight of the property is definitely the rooftop relaxation area, which offers breathtaking views of the city. It is the perfect place for morning meditation, enjoying a cup of coffee, and starting the day peacefully. In the evening, you can admire the beautiful city lights, have a barbecue, and completely relax after a busy day. Hashim is the perfect host. He is available 24/7, always stays in touch, and responds quickly whenever you have a question or need any help. His hospitality and attentiveness made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is very cozy, comfortable, and exceeded all my expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to other travelers. Thank you, Hashim, for your wonderful hospitality and for creating such a lovely place to stay!

🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦 كل الشكر والتقدير لأخوي هاشم على هذه التجربة الاستثنائية. من أول ما وصلت والمكان يفتح النفس، والاستديو نظيف جداً ومرتب، وفي الواقع أحلى وأجمل بكثير وتطابق الصور تماماً. تعامل أخوي هاشم بقمة الود والذوق والمصداقية اللي تخليك ترتاح من أول دقيقة. أما تجربة الرووف (السطح) فكانت خيالية وساحرة، قعدة رايقة وتفتح النفس تعطي للمكان ميزة وخصوصية لا تُوصف وتخليك تستمتع بوقتك على الآخر. ومن التفاصيل الممتازة اللي تهم أي مستأجر: الموقع استراتيجي وقريب من كل الخدمات، والدخول والخروج سلس ومريح جداً. ولا أنسى حارس العقار، رجل محترم وبقمة الأدب، متواجد دائماً وملبي لكل الطلبات، وبنفس الوقت في غاية اللباقة ولا يتدخل في خصوصية الضيوف نهائياً. مكان يجمع بين الأمان والراحة والتعامل الراقي، وأنصح الجميع فيه وبشدة. محبك أبو متعب 🌹

Everything was amazing and even better than described. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Hashim is a wonderful host—friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. He made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Das war das erste mal das ich Airbnb genutzt hatte und ich hatte etwas Angst, ob die Wohnung wirklich wir auf den Bildern aussieht. Die Wohnung ist genauso toll wie auf den Bildern und die Dachterrasse ist einfach wow... Trotz der zentralen Lage war es Nachts sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage ist ideal - nah an der Metro, 20 min. Zu Fuß nach downtown und Zamalek. Man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt und man kommt in die Etage nur mit einem bestimmten Schlüssel, wodurch es sich sehr sicher anfühlt. Hisham war super nett und hat spät abends noch gewartet und hat alles gezeigt. Er war immer erreichbar und hat immer nachgefragt, ob ich etwas brauche. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht und das Badezimmer mit dem Jakuzzi ein Traum. Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Kairo fahre zurückkehren. 100% Empfehlung...
