موقع الاستديو: في منطقة وسط تقريبًا ما بين التجمع الخامس ونواحيه، وبين 6 اكتوبر ونواحيها، وما بين الزمالك، والمعادي، وهي أيضًا المنطقة المقابلة من الضفة الأخرى من نهر النيل لمنطقتي الجيزة، والدقي. الإطلالة: جميلة، حيث بلكونة نظيفة تطل على مساحة مفتوحة من الأشجار والشوارع الـ بلا إزعاج (كلكسات)، وخلف هذه الساحة يبدو من مسافة ليست بعيدة كلًا من: نهر النيل + أربعة من فنادق الخمسة نجوم العريقة في مدينة القاهرة + الجزء الأعلى من برج القاهرة. النظافة: الاستديو، ومدخله، وبلكونته ليس فيهم أي روائح كريهة أو غبار وأتربة. مسؤول التسكين، وبنات الهاوس كيبنج، وبوابي العمارة محترمين وبشوشين، ولا يخترعون الأسباب ليطرقوا الباب أو الجرس، ولا يطلبون البقشيش لا تلميحًا ولا تصريحًا. هاشم واحد من أفضل من عرفت في مصر طيلة حياتي من حيث المصريين الذين يصلحون ما يفسده مصريون آخرون ،، حيث أخلاق عالية وقيم ومبادئ، ولا تلاعب أو تحايل، ولا استغفال أو ابتزاز من أي نوع، وبالأفعال والتصرفات وليس فقط بالكلام المنمق المعلب الممسوخ الذي اعتاده السياح من مختلف الجنسيات والديانات من العاملين بمجال السياحة في مصر الح

房间装潢很新，浴室用的都是大理石的很有质感，看得出来房东是花了心思的…露台能看到尼罗河，景色不错 位置像是处在富人区，远离街巷喧嚣，这点非常重要…相信我在开罗住宿一定要选择远离主街，不然吵到脑壳疼，这家就符合要求，很安静 房东也很热情…期间遇到一些问题，也在积极处理，事后还给我们准备了小礼物…总的来说是推荐的！
